I was constantly bloated, nauseated, and struggling with low energy, stubborn acne, and a body that didn’t feel like my own.
I get how frustrating it is when you’re trying everything and still feeling stuck.
In 2011, after breaking my leg, I discovered Pilates as part of my rehab journey. That moment sparked a lifelong love for health and wellness, but I’ll be honest—it wasn’t an overnight transformation.
It took years of trial and error, countless books, podcasts, and certifications (like my training at The Institute of Transformational Nutrition), to figure out what truly worked.
Now, I’ve turned those years of experience, study, and certifications into a faster, clearer path for women like you to feel amazing in your own skin again.
Today, in my 40s, I can honestly say I feel better than ever—and you can too. I know what it’s like to be where you are, and I’m here to guide you toward feeling energized, confident, and at peace in your body.
I believe in balance—because what’s life without a little wine and cheese?
